Potatoes- cubed
1 package powdered Ranch Dressing
Olive Oil
Cube Potatoes and put in gallon size zip lock bag. Fill 3/4 the way up. Add approximatley 1/4 C. Olive Oil. Add package of Ranch Dressing. Seal bag and mix up well. Spread out on Cookie sheet. Bake in oven until golden brown and tender.
