1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 C. dry bread crumbs
1/3 C. onion, chopped
1/4 C. milk
1 egg
1 T. parsley flakes
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 T. Worchestershire Sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix together gently. Shape mixture into balls and arrange on baking sheet. Cover and flash freeze. Remove meatballs from pan and freeze in a freezer bag.
To serve: Thaw completely and place in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool. Can be served as an appetizer with BBQ sauce, cooked for sandwiches, served with spaghetti sauce, or cover with cream sauce and place over pasta or rice. Makes 20 medium sized meatballs.
