1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hottest tap water
Heat oven to 350. Mix flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoal, baking powder and salt in 9X9 pan. Mix in milk, oil, and vanilla; stir with fork until smooth. Spread in pan. Sprinkle borwn sugar and 1/4 c. cocoal over top. Pour on hot water (do not mix in!). Bake 40 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream; spoon sauce over top.
