Banana Bars

1 C sugar
1/2 C shortening
2 eggs
1 medium banana
1/3 C milk
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C chopped nuts and/or chocolate chips
Mix together adn spread on greaded cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
Frost with Cream Cheese frosting.
