Meat Loaf

1 1/2 ground beef
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 egg beaten
1 C quick oats
1 T instant onion
1/8 tsp instant garlic
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 Comvine and pat into a 9 X 5 glass loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 min. Halfway through cooking spread sauce over top
Sauce:
1/3 C catsup
1 T brown sugar
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 T prepared mustard
