6 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar or 3/4 c. honey
7 c. flour
3 Tbsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. salt
8 to 10 cups flour
Mix water, oil, sugar, and first 7 cups flour. Add yeast, salt and flour until dough pulls away from edges of bowl. Then either mix or knead dough for 10 minutes. Then put on oiled table or cupboard. Knead for a few times. Cut into 4 equal parts. Knead, then put in bread pans & let raise. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Can use half white, half wheat flour.
This is a LARGE recipe - barely fits in my Bosch, but it is easy, low time commitment and good tasting. Makes good rolls or cinammon rolls.
