White Cream Sauce

2 C milk
3 Tbs butter
2 Tbs corn starch
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Melt butter, stir in corn starch, salt, and pepper. Slowly stir in milk. Stir constantly. Bring to a boil. Add cooked peas potatoes and carrots.
